Music & Movement


A very important element for me and an area that can be overlooked when it comes to the process of Empower, Understand, Transform and Heal. Listen to any music that uplifts you and raises your ‘vibration’. Some of my personal favourites:

  • A personal compilation that grows when I catch a tune and add it to the list!!
  • Classical music. A new area for me so I started with classical music for children (yes!) and worked my way around and through until I found what I liked.
  • Binaural beats
  • Meditation music
  • Shamanic chants
  • Healing chants
  • The Twelve Titans
  • Eurovision!!!!! Every time 💚

You’ll find things you love and respond to. Take some time to work out where music takes you and choose the songs that support, encourage and acknowledge the process you’re going through. And ALWAYS find time to turn up the volume and lose yourself in songs that just make you feel good!


This is a no-brainer for me, even when there are times that movement can be tricky.

Yoga – a godsend.

Swimming – a lesson in really taking notice (for me at least, lest I drown!).

Walking – yes, especially with my dogs. This is one way of moving that has to happen every day, no matter what. And with all movement there is the opportunity to be present for it, during it and after it.

Everything we do, from the moment we get up to the moment we go to sleep, can be a nod to the notion that movement helps you flow, shows up miracles and can be as much or as little as you’re able.
